What You’ll Be Doing

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll support the leadership team in driving store performance while leading by example on the shop floor. You’ll help translate commercial priorities into day-to-day action, support the development of Stylists, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Here’s how you’ll make it happen:

  • Supporting and deputising for the management team when required to deliver KPIs and commercial priorities
  • Helping to implement daily and weekly sales targets to drive store performance
  • Monitoring KPIs and team performance, supporting reporting and feeding back to the management team
  • Leading by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional 1-to-1 customer service
  • Supporting the development of Stylists through coaching, training, and sharing product knowledge
  • Assisting with store operations including stock management, admin, payroll, and rotas
  • Helping to maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team environment

  • Proven experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a hands-on, people-focused approach
  • Experience working to and supporting the delivery of KPIs and sales targets
  • A good understanding of store operations and day-to-day retail processes
  • Confidence coaching and developing others on the shop floor
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
