Store Supervisor
Store Supervisor – Levi Strauss & Co.
Work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated, exercising the fundamental link between our products and customers while supporting and developing our Stylists.
About the Role
- Support and deputise the management team to deliver KPIs and implement profit opportunities
- Implement and achieve individual, daily, and weekly sales targets to improve store performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the management team
- Assist with store operations including:
- Stock management
- Payroll and admin
- Creating and maintaining rotas
- Enhance the customer journey with an exceptional 1-2-1 service, ensuring customers feel prioritised
- Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through:
- Training
- Coaching
- Product knowledge
