Store Supervisor
Store Supervisor (Full or Part-Time)

Description
We are hiring for a Full or Part-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores in Lakeside.
There’s already an established team in place, and you’ll be collaborating with them to deliver the best possible customer shopping experience. At Footasylum, we invest in our front-end retail staff, and this role is central to that philosophy.
The primary responsibility of a Supervisor is to oversee retail staff within the store environment. You will:
- Monitor employee performance
- Resolve day-to-day issues
- Provide customer assistance when required
Your day-to-day tasks will vary but will include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in maximising sales
- Ensuring the team embraces a service-first mindset
- Aligning operations with company best practices
- Maintaining an outstanding shopping experience for customers

About You
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have passion for fashion retail and alignment with our company ethos
- Ideally, previous experience in fashion retail (preferable)
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of Sales Assistants
- Strong independence as well as teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be efficient, highly organised, and customer-focused
