Store Supervisor (permanent, full-time)
Are you looking for a chance to lead from the front and drive consumer experience in one of our stores?
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our The North Face team based in our flagship store in Aberdeen.
As a supervisor in our store, you will act as the vital link between store management and the sales associates, driving service and sales.

About the Role

As one of our Store Supervisors, your blend of sales and communication skills will contribute to the success of our store.

- Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
- Coaching and motivating the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer-ready
- Ensuring the store maintains high standards with visual merchandising guidelines
- Making sure operational policies and processes are upheld
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributing to achieving them
Requirements & Qualifications
What makes you the perfect Store Supervisor?
You must enjoy interacting with people and demonstrate your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This includes:
- Setting a great example through a hands-on mentality and commitment to the role
- Building a supportive, motivating, and fun environment for the team
- Experience in opening and closing a store, taking responsibility, and leading where needed
- Ideally, experience in retail, particularly within the areas of fashion or lifestyle
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus but not necessary)
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and understanding various point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
