Operations Coordination & Inventory Support – Multiple Positions

About the Role The Operations Coordenation and Inventory Support role is responsible for ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of storage and yard activities across multiple locations. This includes managing stock movements, optimizing storage layouts, maintaining compliance with safety, operational, and systems standards, supporting audit closure initiatives, and facilitating sustainable control measures for continuous improvement during system migrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate stock movements and consolidation across storage locations.
  • Support system migration efforts, including optimizing storage layouts and aligning physical inventory with system requirements.
  • Assist in Line Store and facility refurbishment, reset, organization, and physical inventory verification ahead of system upgrades.
  • Execute and maintain racking, bulk storage, labelling, and paperwork verification, ensuring accuracy for recalibration and system alignment.
  • Remove non-compliant stock, dispose of scrap and waste, and uphold yard organization standards.
  • Facilitate temperature-controlled stock handling and relocation when necessary.
  • Drive audit, safety, and HSE action closure, ensuring compliance in all evidence checks.
  • Lead system readiness activities, including labelling, location alignment, and corrective action implementation.
  • Travel to designated bases (including Bristow locations) as required to support inventory movement and migration activities.

Minimum Requirements & Skills

  • Preferred qualifications and experience:
    • Prior warehousing, inventory control, or logistics operations experience.
  • Preferred licences:
    • Forklift licence.
    • Valid driving licence.
  • Core competences:
    • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong adherence to instructions and process standards.
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move +30 lbs weighing materials regularly.
    • Stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and physically demanding tasks in warehouse/yard environments.
    • Commitment to compliance with warehouse safety protocols, including personal protective equipment use.
    • Self-motivated, able to function independently or within teams with minimal supervision.
    • Exceptional organisation and manual task management skills, especially when prioritising variable demands.
    • Basic-level computer literacy, with demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Soft skills & attitude:
    • Proactive, reliable, and strong work ethic.
    • Good written verbal communication for internal and cross-stakeholder coordination.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, training needs, and technological updates.
