What you'll bring to the team
Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE
Hours: 6 month fixed term contract.
Advert closing date: 28th July 2026
In this hands-on role, you’ll help make sure stock orders are placed and delivered on time, while keeping everyone in the loop about lead times or any delays. You’ll play a key part in staying one step ahead so we’re ready for whatever comes our way – helping the park run smoothly and keeping our guests happy.
Day to day this role will include:
- Manage day-to-day stock ordering to meet the operational demands of the park.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers regarding order statuses, lead times, and any delays.
- Support proactive inventory management to ensure stock readiness for unexpected needs or disruptions.
- Collaborate with Technical Services teams to minimise stock wastage and prevent duplicate orders.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely inflow of goods and availability of critical items.

Qualifications & Experience
Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with inventory/asset management system.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be a clear concise communicator at all levels.
- Forklift license (desirable)
