The Business

Oxford Flow was founded in 2015 as a spin-out from The University of Oxford and produces some of the most precise and accurate flow control valves in the world. We are an engineering led technology company which has revolutionized valve design with our range of Zero emissions control valves and regulators; these products will transform global fugitive emissions in industries such as oil & gas, gas transmission & distribution, and other process industries.

The addressable market for Oxford Flow’s innovative technology is a £5bn sector of the global £70bn valve and actuator market.

The company has recently secured £20m investment from two major strategic organisations to accelerate its growth plans and we are seeking talented individuals to be part of the exciting journey to follow.

The Role

Reporting to the Strategic Supply Chain Manager, the Stores Controller will focus on managing inventory both internally and across the supply chain, ensuring a steady flow of components. The Stock Controller will be key to maintaining stock management, inspection of incoming components, and ensuring accuracy in warehouse and office processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
