About the Role

At our Manufacturing facility in Newbury, Berkshire, the Teledyne Reynolds Engineering team designs custom interconnect solutions—carrying signals from high-voltage power supplies to some of the world’s most advanced technologies, including projects on Mars, orbiting the Sun, and set for asteroid landing.

We are looking for a Stores Coordinator to support the efficient running of an Stores department, ensuring timely, precise operations to keep up with our fast-paced production and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Quality & Inspection

    • Inspect incoming goods against purchase order criteria using relevant procedures
    • Liaise with Purchasing and Quality teams on incorrectly supplied parts
    • Ensure stock quantities match physically and in the records
  • Inventory & Organisation

    • Receive, verify, and log deliveries against supplier invoices and purchase orders
    • Store goods securely in line with Health and Safety, supplier, and site requirements
    • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Production Support

    • Kit production route cards based onsales requests
    • Prepare wire and cable as per production requirements
    • Test and inspect goods before despatch
  • Order Coordination

    • Select and fulfil orders from pick lists in a timely manner
    • Pack and dispatch goods safely to customers, ensuring all documentation accompanies shipments

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous manufacturing environment experience is desirable
  • Software Proficiency: Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
