We have exciting opportunities for Stores Operative - Goods-In to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe Ruskington!
Shift: Permanent Afternoons 14:00pm - 22:00pm Tuesday - Saturday
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about maintaining high standards in stock control and raw material inspection? We’re looking for a Goods-In Operative to join our team who are committed to operational excellence and safety at our site.
As a Goods-In Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock within our stores area using our electronic stock system. You’ll carry out detailed inspections of incoming materials, ensure traceability, and work closely with the QA team to manage non-conforming products. You’ll also support daily operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a clean and well-organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and document incoming raw materials against specifications
- Accurately record material traceability
- Communicate with QA Team on non-conforming materials
- Liaise with technical department to ensure up-to-date documentation
- Assist with picking, preparing, and issuing orders
- Maintain stock levels through daily/weekly checks
- Contribute to general housekeeping and operational tasks

What We Are Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator and team player
- Experience in warehousing and stock control
- Familiarity with SAP & stock systems will be advantageous
- Confident using IT systems and handling emails
- Organised, self-motivated, and flexible
