Stores Operative (Insite Stores Operative) - Shifts

Permanent Full-Time Retail & Stores Associate

About the Role

Reporting to the Stores Manager, this role is a key component of the Insite Team, essential to driving our success. While prior experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counter environments is ideal, we provide full on-site training, so don’t hesitate to apply!

You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have the required parts, spares, and tooling to maintain smooth operations. Collaborating with suppliers to secure the best deals, you will also contribute to margin improvement and revenue growth for Rubix.

Experience with our products and services is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your ability to thrive in an operational or commercial role within a manufacturing or engineering environment. This opportunity is also ideal for a B2B industrial salesperson or someone with procurement / buying experience in heavy industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
