About Techrete
Techrete strive to be the field leaders in architectural precast concrete cladding and are constantly motivated to develop new products and technologies offering a quality, sustainable product to our clients. We are now recruiting for the position of Stores Person. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, growing team of experts in the field and build on your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking deliveries (parcels/pallets).
- Checking delivery of goods and signing paperwork.
- Expediting orders through communication with Purchasing & suppliers.
- Replenishing production with stock.
- Picking orders for delivery to Production.
- Picking stock for daily despatches to various site locations.
- Generating delivery notes for despatches.
- Wrapping/banding goods.
- Loading vehicles.
- Unloading vehicles.
- Stock control of all product lines across the business through ERP system / Computer skills essential. Training provided.
- Daily housekeeping of stock throughout the factory.
- Forklift driving.

Skills And Qualifications
- Computer literate with a good level of IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Organised and reliable with attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure in a busy construction environment.
- Ability to prioritise and organise your workload with a flexible approach.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working environment is desirable.
- Counterbalance licence would be ideal but not essential.
