π Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
π Contract: Temp to Perm
π° Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Are you an organised and proactive individual who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're currently recruiting for a Stores Person to join a friendly, close-knit, and fast-paced team based in Newbridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a role where you'll play a vital part in supporting daily operations and ensuring stock and orders are managed efficiently from start to finish.
π The Role
As a Stores Person, you'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring that stock, orders, and deliveries are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on and varied role where no two days are the same. For this position, you MUST have a valid forklift license/counterbalance ticket.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Accurately inputting orders and maintaining data systems
- Expediting stock and orders to ensure timely distribution
- Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
- Building strong relationships by liaising with internal departments
- Communicating with suppliers via phone and email to manage orders and resolve queries
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Supporting overall stores operations to ensure efficiency and organisation at all times

You'll Ideally Have
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or stock control environment
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using systems and data entry tools
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Confidence in communicating with suppliers and internal teams
