Job Description
We are recruiting a Stores / Workshop Operative to support the stores, yard and vehicle workshop, and to help manufacture in-house reinforcement products at their South East head office.
Established for over 30 years, our client is a UK based specialist contractor, providing its social housing clients with innovative structural repair solutions, including:
- Concrete Repair & Protection
- Masonry Reinforcement
- Remedial Lintel Installation
- Remedial Wall Tie Installation

They are currently looking for a Stores / Workshop Operative to join the team at their South East head office. The successful candidate will keep the stores and yard organised, support the workshop mechanic with vehicle and equipment servicing, manufacture reinforcement products (batch work) and deliver orders to site.
Working hours of 07:30 to 16:30. Training will be provided.

- Be a practical, hands-on all-rounder with mechanical aptitude
- Be reliable and able to turn their hand to whatever the day needs
- Ideally have workshop, yard or warehouse experience
- Have a driving licence valid in the UK
- Be happy supporting across stores, workshop, production and carry out deliveries to sites and the West Midlands depot.
