Senior Key Account Manager (EMCOR) – Facilities Management

About The Role

Role Overview

Accountable for the strategic interpretation of chosen accounts to shape our delivery and increase volume and profitability as the Key Account Manager (KAM) for EMCOR.

  • Responsible for engaging with customers to deliver maximum business growth and service expansion for EMCOR UK
  • Ensures service delivery aligns with agreed customer KPIs and satisfaction levels
  • Supports new business acquisition while proactively growing allocated areas
  • Manages compliance with company processes, including H&S, HR, and QA

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide effectiveness safety and cultural leadership to EMCOR UK employees
  • Drive annual incremental growth in EMCOR UK’s revenue, EBIT, and sales margins to meet contractual obligations
  • Manage relationships between business units while engaging at a senior level with EMCOR to align actions with business goals
  • Develop and maintain EMCOR’s KAM strategy and execution plans
  • Expand and retain business through cross-selling and new opportunities while improving operational efficiency
  • Ensure high hierarchical account engagement and regularly review and challenge KAM strategies
  • Uphold Health, Safety, Security, Environmental (HSE), and Technical Compliance for both customers and employees
  • Oversee team performance against revenue, margin, profit, and operational targets
  • Develop and manage annual appraisals and mid-year reviews for all reporting cost centre operatives

Who You’ll Be

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven business management experience, ideally in facilities management or a business service environment
  • Experience in customer operations, business drivers, financials, and industry-specific requirements
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Preferably qualified to HND/degree level in:
    • Engineering
    • Commercial management
    • Business administration
    • Facilities management
