Company Description

Lumirithmic, an Imperial College London spin-out, is redefining computer graphics by making Hollywood-grade CGI accessible to everyone. Led by an industry pioneer behind some of the most hyper-realistic VFX ever created, we’re building cutting-edge technology that empowers studios in VFX, gaming, and tech to deliver world-class content at a fraction of today’s cost.

Why this role exists

This is not a high-volume SDR or general outbound role. You will concentrate on a defined list of major studios, gaming businesses and technology companies where relevance, patience and account depth matter more than sequence volume. You are accountable for learning how each account buys and creating a credible path to a commercial opportunity.

What you will own

  • Create a written account plan for every priority account, including business context, current workflow, likely value, buying committee, triggers, risks and next best actions.
  • Map and engage multiple stakeholders across creative, technical, production, procurement and executive functions using warm introductions, tailored outreach and relevant insight.
  • Run discovery and pitch meetings that surface business impact, technical requirements, decision criteria and a mutually understood next step.
  • Develop account-specific value hypotheses and coordinate tailored demos, pilots, proof points and commercial proposals with product and leadership.
  • Maintain rigorous opportunity and relationship data in HubSpot, including contacts, influence, stage evidence, next steps and blockers.
  • Lead structured deal reviews with the Head of Sales and communicate account feedback that should influence positioning, product or marketing.
  • Use Sales Navigator and AI-assisted research to improve relevance while verifying facts and protecting confidential information.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Learning agenda and early outcomes

  • First 30 days: Segment the named-account portfolio, complete account hypotheses for the top tier and validate stakeholder maps with leadership.
  • By day 60: Establish multi-threaded engagement in priority accounts, run discovery conversations and catalogue recurring enterprise buying triggers, objections and proof requirements.
  • By day 90: Progress the strongest accounts to agreed next steps such as technical validation, pilot scoping or commercial evaluation; publish a strategic-account playbook based on observed buying patterns.

What success looks like

  • Depth of engagement and stakeholder coverage in priority accounts.
  • Meetings with the right decision makers and technical evaluators—not calendar volume alone.
  • Evidence-based stage progression, with mutual next steps and credible deal plans.
  • Reusable insight into enterprise buying committees, objections, pilot design and procurement.

Skills and experience

  • 4–8+ years in enterprise or strategic B2B sales, business development or account management.
  • A track record of penetrating complex named accounts and building relationships across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong account planning, consultative discovery, business-case development, meeting leadership and follow-through.
  • Hands-on HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience; disciplined CRM hygiene is essential.
  • Experience selling into US or UK enterprise markets and managing long, non-linear buying cycles.
  • Comfort working with technical and creative stakeholders and translating product capability into operational and commercial value.

Evidence we will look for

  • One complex named account you opened or progressed: stakeholders mapped, obstacles encountered, your actions and the resulting commercial stage.
  • An example of multi-threading beyond a single champion and how it changed deal quality or momentum.
  • A deal you chose not to progress, with the qualification evidence behind that decision.
