Strategic Key Account Executive (Global Restaurant Partnerships)
Location: London, United Kingdom
Work Type: Full-Time
We're looking for a Strategic Key Account Executive to join our growing Strategic Accounts team and play a key role in managing one of our largest enterprise partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building executive relationships, using data to drive business decisions, and delivering growth through strategic account management.
What You'll Do
- Support the commercial strategy and day-to-day management of a major national restaurant partnership.
- Manage the onboarding of new restaurant locations, delivery zones, and operational enhancements to maximize performance.
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives that improve commercial outcomes.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Transform complex datasets into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive presentations, and regular commercial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders and franchise partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational execution and customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience interpreting data and converting insights into actionable business strategies.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Passion for the food, hospitality, retail, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
