Strategic Account Executive at Eightfold
Experience and motivation are essential as Eightfold is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our sales team.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and driving qualified opportunities into net new large enterprise accounts
- Educating clients on our vision and tailoring it to their strategic initiatives
This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and quotas, expanding revenue streams
- Grow the business with:
- New clients
- Existing clients
- Solution or implementation partners
- Execute plans to:
- Increase product exposure
- Identify key market opportunities and growth areas in assigned regions
- Target competitor clients through:
- Dedicated sales campaigns in collaboration with the SDR team
- Create demand for RFP responses, or assist partners in managing:
- RFPs, bids, and other tenders (to drive net new sales)
- Convert Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into direct deals
- Assist partners in:
- Developing and managing a sales pipeline
- Achieving revenue goals
- Lead business planning and quarterly reviews
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting activities
- Build mutually beneficial client relationships—excellent communication skills are vital
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and exploit their weaknesses for Eightfold’s advantage
- Influence client decisions and advocate for their needs, negotiating win-win solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of enterprise-level sales experience
- Proven experience in SaaS solution sales
- Proven ability in C-Suite interactions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR application selling is highly desirable, but strong experience in selling strategic enterprise solutions at the CxO level is a must.
- Experience selling innovative AI-powered SaaS platform solutions
- Ability to initiate and innovate in evolving sales methods to optimize new product success
- Success in territory management and ability to prioritise high-volume opportunities for linear quarterly bookings
- Experience with the Challenger Sales Model
- Experience managing RFP and RFI processes in a Bid Manager role
- Quick prospect need analysis
- Strong team player who can:
- Lead initiatives across teams (Product Management, SDR, Sales Engineering, Marketing)
- Structure opportunities strategically
- Excellent commercial communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with:
- Strong relationship-building
- Structured approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, solving challenges, adapting quickly, and working with multiple stakeholders
