📍 London | Hybrid (3 days onsite/client's sites)

- Managing strategic enterprise customer relationships
- Driving customer retention, renewals, and expansion (ARR & NRR)
- Leading executive stakeholder engagement and business reviews
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partnering with Product, Delivery, and Support teams to maximise customer success

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in:
- Customer Success
- Strategic Account Management
- Enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience with enterprise financial services clients
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Proven success in driving retention and account growth
