🚀 Strategic Account Manager – Banking

You'll:
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across loyalty, payments, digital and customer engagement teams.
- Develop strategic account plans that align client objectives with Reward's products and services.
- Lead Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews, presenting meaningful insights, performance updates and future opportunities.
- Identify commercial growth opportunities, working closely with Product and Sales teams to expand client partnerships.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Use data, market insight and customer trends to shape recommendations that improve performance and customer engagement.
- Lead complex client programmes from onboarding through to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage governance, risk, compliance and commercial discussions to ensure successful long-term partnerships.
- Mentor junior account managers, sharing best practice and helping develop the wider Customer Engagement team.
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who combines commercial thinking with outstanding relationship management skills.

You'll ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience managing strategic B2B client relationships.
- Experience within banking, payments, loyalty, fintech or customer engagement.
- A proven track record of growing client accounts, increasing retention and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and executive-level clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
- Experience working across multiple internal teams to deliver complex client programmes.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.
