Strategic Account Manager – Beverage Solutions (Greater London)

MacGregor Black are partnering with an innovative beverage solutions business on the search for a Strategic Account Manager. This is a permanent field-based and remote role covering Greater London.
About the Role
As Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across a portfolio of strategic B2B customers. Working within a fast-growing commercial team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing key client relationships.
- Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Ensuring pipeline health and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This is a consultative, solution-focused role focused on delivering innovative and sustainable hydration solutions across key sectors: ✔ Workplace ✔ Hospitality ✔ Vending ✔ Contract catering

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture strategic customer relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across procurement, operations, commercial, and sustainability functions.

Sales & Pipeline Growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within workplace, hospitality, foodservice and contract catering sectors.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
- Deliver monthly sales, revenue, and growth targets.

Consultative Selling & Account Expansion
- Drive account expansion through solution-based, consultative selling.
- Understand customers’ operational challenges and position technical hydration solutions as tailored business advantages.
- Work closely with internal teams for customer onboarding and lifelong account growth.

Market & Insight Gathering
- Capture customer insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting innovative and sustainable beverage solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience selling into foodservice, hospitality, workplace, vending, or contract catering environments.
- Strong ability to proSpherect, build pipeline, and convert leads into revenue.
- Solution-focused sales approach along with technical product understanding.
- existing strategic customer relationship management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities.

Preferred Qualities
- Positive mindset with a track record of developing high-potential commercial relationships.
- Pre-existing industry networks in foodservice, workplace, or catering environments would be highly advantageous.

- Ambitious and self-motivated, with a desire to grow within a scaling business.
- Confident in working autonomously while embedding seamlessly into a collaborative team.
