⭐ Strategic Account Manager – QSR & Enterprise Partnerships

📍 London, United Kingdom 📌 Hybrid Working Available

We are partnering with a leading global online delivery platform to appoint a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a high-impact enterprise QSR partnership in the UK.

This role sits within the Strategic Accounts function and is responsible for driving commercial growth, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and delivering end-to-end performance across a complex national account.

You will act as the key commercial lead, shaping strategy, unlocking growth opportunities, and ensuring strong execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Ownership

  • Own a major enterprise QSR partnership end-to-end
  • Act as primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and long-term account strategy

Commercial Growth & Performance

  • Drive revenue, order volume, and profitability growth
  • Translate data into actionable commercial insights and strategies
  • Improve performance across key commercial and operational KPIs

Business Planning & Reviews

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior stakeholders
  • Own weekly/monthly reporting, forecasting, and trade performance
  • Support campaign planning and execution of growth initiatives

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams
  • Ensure delivery of campaigns, product launches, and national initiatives
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders

Relationship Management

  • Build strong senior-level partner relationships
  • Influence decision-making to drive mutual growth outcomes
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Key Account Management, Partnerships, or Commercial roles
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven growth delivery
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to turn data into action
  • Experience leading QBRs, JBPs, and senior stakeholder discussions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Highly organised with strong project management capability
  • Proactive, execution-focused, ownership-driven mindset
  • Interest in food delivery, hospitality, or QSR sectors
