Strategic Account Manager | Join Ayvens and Shape Sustainable Mobility

About the Role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will:
- Own the relationship with FFM’s Corporate Accounts
- Ensure adherence to Contractual and Commercial Conditions
- Create sustainable long-term partnerships rooted in Customer Service Excellence
- Drive innovative thinking and thought leadership to strengthen collaboration
- Grow FFM’s fleet penetration and deliver incremental value to mutually beneficial outcomes
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the company’s business targets, maximising sales and profitability across your portfolio
- Identify and develop client objectives through collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Deliver exceptional customer service and account management across your allocated accounts
- Ensure customer requirements are fully specified, understood, and communicated
- Maintain meeting customer expectations while reporting activities (risks/opportunities) to the company
- Engage directly with customers, fostering relationships with all levels of their organisation
- Stay updated on legislative, industry, and product developments
- Ensure accurate regular reporting and maintain the CRM database
Requirements
Essential Experience
- Previous Contract Hire Account Management (with experience managing fleets over 250 vehicles)
- Project management experience in implementing new accounts
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including leadership and key decision-makers
- Skills in influencing, persuasion, and relationship building
- Proven ability for solution delivery and ownership, including introducing new ideas
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and delegation
- Exceptional communication – both verbal and written
- Commercial awareness and sound decision-making capabilities
- Deep expertise in the vehicle industry
