Strategic Account Manager – Rokt mParticle (EMEA)

About the Role

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) for Rokt mParticle in EMEA plays a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding high-value, global accounts. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven position where success hinges on driving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction while influencing the product roadmap through direct feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across large-scale clients—act as the primary advocate for the customer within Rokt.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to align business goals with data-driven success plans, delivering measurable outcomes such as reduced CAC, increased retention, and optimized campaign performance.
  • Advise customers on maximizing mParticle platform value through use case enablement, best practices, and ongoing expertise.
  • Collaborate internally with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both customer goals and Rokt objectives.
  • Monitor and report on customer health, adoption trends, and outcomes; lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to showcase progress and address challenges.
  • Utilize an AI-first mindset to leverage automation and tools (AI assistants, account planning frameworks, QBR intelligence) to improve efficiency while maintaining human-centered engagement.

Requirements

We’re seeking a high-level contributor with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS, ideally in data, martech, CDPs, or developer-adjacent platforms.
  • Proven track record in servicing high-revenue, large-scale, global accounts, including senior stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
  • Business acumen: Ability to understand deep client organization strategy and articulate data-driven plans alongside platform value propositions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration: Experience partnering with Solutions, Sales, and Product to develop recommend actions and bridge internal roadmap conversations.
  • AI-praised: A mindset that embrace AI tools for efficiency (e.g., account planning, QBR narratives, call analytics) while upholding exceptional customer experience.
