Trintech is an award-winning AI-driven Fintech SaaS organization and we're seeking a commercially minded Strategic Account Manager to own and grow relationships across our largest enterprise customers in EMEA.
Partnering with CFOs and senior executives, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of Trintech's financial close platform while driving retention, expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships. You'll lead executive engagement, shape account strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes across a portfolio of Enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do
- Own executive relationships across a portfolio of Trintech's largest EMEA customers.
- Build trusted partnerships with CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer value, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities by aligning Trintech's solutions with customers' financial transformation initiatives.
- Act as the executive voice of the customer, partnering closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Services.
- Lead complex customer engagements, executive business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Navigate high-impact customer situations and drive successful commercial outcomes.

What You'll Have
- Extensive experience managing strategic accounts.
- Proven experience building executive-level relationships within large, global organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving retention, expansion, and customer growth.
- Experience engaging Office of the CFO stakeholders and an understanding of finance transformation, ERP, or financial technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex enterprise environments.
