Strategic Account Manager
The Strategic Account Manager at Ayvens will own the relationship with FFM’s Corporate Accounts, ensuring adherence to Contractual and Commercial Conditions. Your role involves:
- Building sustainable long-term relationships through Customer Service Excellence
- Prioritising Treating Customers Fairly, while demonstrating innovative thinking
- Strengthening the Customer/FFM partnership to achieve growth, including fleet penetration, and incremental value delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Growth & Account Management
- Contribute to achieving company business annual targets
- Maximise sales & profitability across the account portfolio
- Identify and develop client objectives, leveraging senior stakeholder relationships
Customer Focus & Service Delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and management of assigned accounts
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly specified, understood, and communicated
- Align service levels with expectations and report on customer activity (risks/opportunities)
Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct customer visits as needed
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the customer’s organisation

Industry Awareness & CRM Maintenance
- Stay updated on legislative, industry, and product developments
- Provide regular, accurate reporting on activity
- Maintain the CRM database diligently
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Fleet-focused contract hire account management (experience with flights over 250+ required)
- Experience implementing new accounts at a project management level
- Expertise in managing multiple stakeholders
- Ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships
Additional Strengths
- Proven solution delivery & ownership (innovative approaches, new ideas)
- Strong time management, organisation & delegation skills
- Effective verbal & written communication
- IT expertise
- Commercial awareness and sound decision-making abilities
- Deep knowledge of the vehicle industry
