About the Role
We are seeking a driven and consultative Strategic Account Manager to manage existing customer relationships, acquire new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within a defined territory. This role involves leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and collaborating with channel partners, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and grow existing customer accounts while actively acquiring new business opportunities.
- Execute the full sales cycle, covering every stage from prospecting and consultation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Identify customer business challenges and recommend tailored SonicWall security solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with channel partners, sales engineers, marketing, and SDR teams to develop and close opportunities.
- Develop and implement territory plans to maximize market potential while meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM (Salesforce) record-keeping.
- Reppresent SonicWall at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements.
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends, networking solutions, and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or networking.
- Experience in selling through channel partners and managing partner relationships.
- Proven consultative and solution-selling skills, with the ability to position value-based offers at the executive level.
- Preferred experience in selling to Education, Retail, or Healthcare sectors.
- Ability to manage territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starting with the capability to work independently and autonomously.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though experience can also qualify candidates.
