About Teton.ai
Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our proprietary computer-vision system enables staff to automate documentation, proactively manage resident care, and streamline workflows. Our platform delivers unprecedented access to real-time data insights, empowering healthcare providers with actionable intelligence to enhance decision-making and elevate care delivery.
We work with leading providers across the UK, Europe, and the US, partnering at an executive level to deliver measurable operational and care outcomes at scale.
The role
This is a commercial, expansion-focused account role. You will own a defined portfolio of UK provider accounts post-signature and be accountable for converting pilots into contracted rollouts, renewals, and long-term commercial partnerships. The role requires strategic selling, executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex, consensus-driven buying groups typical of UK care providers.
You will operate as the commercial owner of your accounts, shaping expansion strategy, building business cases, and progressing decisions through operational leadership, clinical governance, finance, and boards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key responsibilities
- Own revenue growth, renewals, and expansion targets across assigned UK accounts, with a clear focus on multi-site rollouts following successful pilots.
- Translate pilot outcomes into compelling commercial and operational business cases that resonate with UK providers, including ROI, workforce efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors, Operations Directors, Clinical Leadership, and Finance.
- Lead executive-level reviews and steering conversations, positioning Teton as a long-term strategic partner rather than a point solution.
- Navigate UK-specific decision processes, including clinical governance, phased deployments, break clauses, and budget cycles.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Customer Success, and Delivery to ensure pilots are positioned and executed with expansion in mind from day one.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM, providing clear visibility into expansion probability, timing, and risk.
- Represent Teton confidently in customer meetings, site visits, and key industry moments, strengthening our presence in the UK market.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management or enterprise sales, with direct ownership of expansion and renewal revenue.
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort progressing deals post-sale through multi-stakeholder, non-linear decision processes.
- Proven ability to sell value and outcomes, not features, and to build credible business cases for senior leadership.
- Executive presence and confidence engaging UK provider leadership with clarity, pragmatism, and credibility.
- Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a scaling environment.
- Experience working with regulated or operationally complex organisations is helpful, but direct senior living or healthcare experience is not required.
- Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools, with a strong bias toward accuracy and follow-through.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
