Winnin is a Brazilian AI company that turns video data from the world's largest platforms into cultural intelligence—helping some of the biggest global brands make smarter creative decisions.
We're hiring a Strategic Account Partner to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts—with a biweekly onsite presence in client offices in London and Amsterdam.
This isn’t traditional account management. It’s being the most trusted person in the room: the one who reads the data, sees cultural shifts before anyone else, and turns that into actionable recommendations the CMO will act on.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic national and international accounts
- Translate cultural trends and consumer behaviour into actionable business insights
- Lead executive presentations and drive high-impact strategic narratives
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across global brands
- Track, document, and amplify client business outcomes
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Strategic Planning, Creative Strategy, Consumer Insights, or Account Management
- Strong analytical thinking with sharp storytelling ability
- Fluent English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
- A genuine obsession with human behaviour and culture
