We’re excited to be partnering with a highly respected, award-winning digital agency in Leeds, that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth. This agency is deepening its strategic offer, strengthening sector specialism, and looking for a Strategic Client Partner to join the leadership team.

As the Strategic Client Partner, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of senior client relationships in the property space, acting as a trusted advisor and long-term partner. Working alongside insight, data, planning, creative, performance, technology and delivery teams, you’ll help shape work that is thoughtful, effective and commercially impactful.

We are looking for someone who thrives in agency life, values strong relationships, and wants to be a visible, trusted presence for both clients and internal teams. This role isn't about delivery, it's one where you will act as a consultant, bringing your experience and ability to understand your clients' challenges and needs and spot opportunities for growth as a trusted client partner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
