Strategic Communications Intern
Begin your career in strategic communications at Khora Consulting, working where ideas, capital, and technology converge. About You
A final-year undergraduate or post-graduate student in media and communications, politics, history, or economics, or a related social sciences subject. A person interested in fintech, digital assets, financial services, and the international media landscape. A strong interest in news, current affairs, and business is required. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required, and knowledge of social media usage and analytics would be an advantage. Fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional written skills in both languages. Previous communications experience is welcome but not essential.
The Role
- Researching client sectors, emerging issues, and media developments
- Monitoring fintech, digital asset, and crypto news
- Supporting Khora’s own marketing efforts around socials, and content delivery
- Preparing briefing notes and background materials
- Building and maintaining media and stakeholder lists
- Supporting the drafting of press releases, opinion articles, website copy, and client materials
- Helping to identify relevant media opportunities, events, and forward-planning themes
- Supporting client accounts and wider consultancy projects

The successful candidate will also support client work across the US, UK, MENA, and the Gulf.
The Opportunity
The internship is paid and will run for three days a week, initially for three months, with the possibility of extension.
