Responsibilities

This is a pivotal senior strategic fundraising role within a growing income generation team with ambitious plans for the future, responsible for securing high-value, transformational corporate partnerships that deliver significant long-term income and strategic value. This is an opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to making a meaningful difference and who can truly embody our core values:

  • Ambition – We dream BIG… then make it happen

You will identify, develop and convert high-value corporate opportunities through the development of bespoke partnership propositions for senior corporate audiences.

Operating with a high level of autonomy and strategic accountability, you will develop and maintain relationships with prospective corporate partners, using insight, market awareness and strategic relationship development to create opportunities for growth. You will work collaboratively across fundraising, marketing and service delivery teams to shape impactful partnership propositions, confidently represent Caudwell Children externally and help strengthen the Charity’s profile, reach and corporate income potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
