Introduction This growing managed services business supports organisations with smart, secure IT solutions that genuinely make a difference. They’re now looking for a Strategic Cyber Account Manager to take ownership of key client relationships while driving new commercial growth across the portfolio. Role Overview: Location: London (Hybrid Flex) Package: £65,000 - £70,000 + Comms Industry: Cyber Security What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and developing long-term relationships with existing clients across the full account lifecycle Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and shaping tailored IT solutions Identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities within existing and new accounts Building and executing sales strategies to hit revenue and growth targets Working closely with technical, project and support teams to ensure seamless delivery Monitoring account performance and providing clear commercial reporting to stakeholders Main Skills Needed: Proven experience in strategic account management and Cybersecurity technologies, services and solutions (Inclusive of SOC/SIEM, EDR, MDR, Security Assessments, GRC etc.) Consultative in approach, able to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to develop relationships and position new solutions that will add value.
