Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Strategic Deals Professional to join our ALM team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of compelling proposals, managing high-value deal processes, and creating customized, high-quality presentations to enhance how we engage with clients in the IT Asset Lifecycle Management industry.
You will join a rapidly growing, market-leading global services organization dedicated to presenting Iron Mountain with the highest level of professionalism and strategic impact.
What You’ll Do
Proposal & RFX Support
- Lead and support the development of formal proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other key sales documents specific to IT Asset Lifecycle Management services.
- Ensure a polished, consistent, and professional look and feel across all client-facing materials.
- Partner with internal teams to gather insights, shape messaging, and meet submission deadlines.
Project Management for Large Deals
- Act as a project manager for high-value, complex deals, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Define and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
- Keep teams on pace, mitigating risks and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Customized Client Presentations
- Develop tailored, visually engaging presentations for strategic customers in the IT Asset Lifecycle Management space.
- Collaborate with sellers to ensure presentations align with client needs, business priorities, and branding.
- Drive consistency, professionalism, and impact in all customer-facing content.
Enhancing Customer Engagement
- Improve how we “show up” for customers by elevating the quality and professionalism of our deal execution.
- Develop best practices for deal-related content, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
- Enable sellers by optimizing sales support processes.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- A successful track record in a customer-facing role such as sales support, proposal management, or strategic deal execution.
- Strong familiarity with IT Asset Lifecycle Management services, including the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life disposition of IT assets.
- Customer-Focused Approach: Experience working directly with customers and internal stakeholders to craft compelling messaging and materials.
- Presentation & Design Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other content creation tools to develop high-impact presentations.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple complex deals simultaneously, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams.
- Time Management & Prioritization: Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
