Confidential Opportunity | PE-Backed International Group | Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Join at the beginning of something significant.

We're partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed international organisation to appoint a Strategic Finance Analyst into a newly established Group Finance function.

With over 7,000 employees across the UK and ambitious international growth plans, the business is entering its next phase of expansion. As part of this journey, they're building a high-performing Group Finance team that will play a central role in shaping commercial strategy, supporting investment decisions and driving long-term growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the point where the Group function is being built. Rather than stepping into a mature finance team, you'll help create the financial modelling and strategic planning capability that will support future acquisitions, international expansion and commercial decision-making.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll have genuine influence from day one and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work across a fast-moving organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
