We Are Rosemont

For over 50 years, Rosemont Pharmaceuticals has been a trusted name in the development and manufacture of oral liquid medicines. With a portfolio of over 130 products - including 70 licensed medicines - we’re proud to support healthcare professionals and patients, especially those with swallowing difficulties.

Our purpose is clear: to improve patient outcomes through innovation in liquid formulations. We’re highly respected across the pharmaceutical industry and have played a key role in establishing best practices for dysphagia care.

Our mission is to create a globally connected, people-focused organisation where every individual is empowered to thrive and achieve their best. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact to patients across the world and want to be part of a company with a strong heritage and ambitious vision, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Strategic Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting Rosemont’s acquisitive growth strategy. This position sits at the heart of our M&A activity, providing financial insight across acquisition evaluation, transaction execution and post-deal integration.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders including the CEO, CFO and Group Finance Director, gaining broad exposure across high-impact strategic initiatives. The role combines robust financial modelling and analysis with hands-on involvement in deal delivery and value creation.

This is a hybrid role which requires the successful candidate to ideally be based in our Leeds office at least 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition Evaluation & Deal Support

  • Lead financial analysis of acquisition targets, including performance, forecasts, cash flow and value drivers
  • Build and maintain valuation, investment appraisal and acquisition models (leveraging modern forecasting tools and AI where appropriate)
  • Support due diligence processes, reviewing quality of earnings, working capital and key financial risks
  • Assess strategic fit, synergy opportunities and value creation potential
  • Prepare high-quality materials for senior leadership, Board and investors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
