Location: UK (home-based with national travel)
About the Role
Enginuity is seeking a senior leader to join as Strategic Growth & Sector Engagement Manager, playing a key role in shaping the organisation’s growth, partnerships, and income strategy across the UK.
This is a strategically critical appointment, leading a national engagement function, developing sustainable income streams, and strengthening Enginuity’s influence across the engineering and manufacturing sector.
While titled at Manager level, this is a senior leadership role with significant scope and impact, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a strategic growth and partnerships approach
- Build a sustainable income pipeline (partnerships, bids, funding)
- Manage and develop a team of Sector Engagement Leads
- Strengthen Enginuity’s external profile and influence
- Identify and develop new commercial and partnership opportunities
About You
- Proven experience in partnerships, income generation, or bids
- Strong background in strategy and delivery
- Experience leading teams and driving performance
- Well-networked across skills, education, or sector organisations
- Commercially minded with a strong sense of purpose
