About the Role
As a Strategic Healthcare Partner, you’ll shape healthcare transformation within Essity’s Health & Medical business. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders to design solution-driven approaches that improve patient outcomes, service efficiency, and long-term value for all partners.
Operating at the intersection of NHS priorities and Essity’s solutions, your role will be patient-centric, specialising in strategic partnership development and service innovation.

What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include—though no two days will be the same:
- Build and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across London and the South East, including:
- Directors
- Service Managers
- Clinical professionals
- Identify healthcare service challenges and opportunities before co-creating value-driven solutions
- Shape and deliver service development plans to:
- Enhance patient pathways
- Improve clinical outcomes
- Influence adoption of new services and innovative approaches across healthcare settings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Account Management) to align activities with broader business objectives
- Develop compelling business cases and project plans, showcasing both clinical and commercial value
- Stay ahead of evolving NHS priorities, proactively detecting new business opportunities
