Strategic Healthcare Partner – Health & Medical Team

Are you a commercially minded healthcare professional who thrives on building partnerships that truly make a difference?

At Essity, we’re looking for a Strategic Healthcare Partner to join our Health & Medical team, where your expertise in the NHS or wider healthcare environment can help shape better patient outcomes. This is a role where strategy meets purpose—working collaboratively with healthcare providers to transform services and improve lives.

If you’re passionate about innovation, partnerships, and delivering meaningful impact, this could be your next step.

About the Role

As a Strategic Healthcare Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving change across the healthcare system. Working within our Health & Medical business, you will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders to develop and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.

You’ll operate in a highly patient-centric and specialist environment, aligning NHS priorities with Essity’s solutions to create long-term, sustainable value for all partners.

This is a permanent, territory-based role with the ideal candidate situated in the North of England or the South of Scotland (within the M62 Corridor and above).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
