Strategic Healthcare Partner – Essity Health & Medical

About the Role
As a Strategic Healthcare Partner, you’ll shape the future of healthcare delivery. Within Essity’s Health & Medical business, you’ll work at the intersection of NHS priorities and patient-centred innovation, collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver long-term, sustainable value.
This permanent, territory-based role (Based in the North of England, M62 Corridor and above) demands a dynamic professional who bridges clinical needs and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing (be prepared for variety!):
- Forge and grow strategic partnerships with directors, service managers, and clinical leaders across the North of England.
- spot challenges and opportunities in healthcare services and co-create data-driven, value-driven solutions.
- Sharpen and drive service development plans that streamline care pathways and enhance clinical outcomes.
- Advocate and enable adoption of new services and innovative solutions by influencing healthcare providers.
- Foster cross-functional alignment with internal teams (e.g., Account Management) to meet broader business and clinical goals.
- Develop rigorous, persuasive business cases and project plans illustrating both the clinical and commercial justification.
- Anticipate shifts in NHS priorities and emerging healthcare trends to proactively uncover new collaboration prospects.
