We believe that using technology wisely shows strong time management and commitment to innovation. However, personalising your recruitment application to highlight your unique skills and experiences is crucial. Relying too heavily on generic, AI-generated content instead of drawing from your own strengths and accomplishments may lead to your application being rejected if multiple candidates present identical or similar information.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
This role requires excellent planning, governance and project management skills with a particular focus on the ability to influence senior stakeholders, clinical and non-clinical, internal and external.
You will love a spreadsheet, prioritise a project plan, enjoy evaluating impact and benefits delivered and possess significant patience and attention to detail. It is essential that you have experience in change management related to people systems.
This role will also be responsible for picking up additional, ad hoc people-related project work, so will require strong and proven HR knowledge, including employment law, TUPE, pay and reward and procurement.
We can offer flexible working in terms of hours and on/offsite working, but as this role will require flexibility in terms of days/times on-site, we are unable to offer a set pattern as this is based on the availability of key stakeholders.
