Location & Remuneration
Leeds (Hybrid – 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)
- Salary: £60,000–£65,000
- Car Allowance: £5,000
- Bonus: 10%+
Relocation Support: Encouraged for candidates with existing UK right to work.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading Strategic Sourcing:
- Drive strategic sourcing projects and complex contract negotiations across indirect spend (e.g., marketing, professional services, IT).
- Business Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial Strategy:
- Develop category and supplier strategies that deliver long-term savings and performance gains.
- Supplier Relations:
- Manage key supplier relationships and enforce continuous improvement across contracts.
- High-Visibility Impact:
- Contribute to a procurement function that plays a critical role in the wider business.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and complex contract negotiations.
- Indirect procurement exposure, with preferably experience in:
- Marketing
- Professional Services
- IT
- Other Services
- Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Highly commercially minded, with a focus on cost reduction, innovation, and supplier optimization.
- Mindset:
- Desire to develop in a growing procurement function.
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven.
