Job Summary
UST is seeking a Strategic Initiatives & Culture Intern to support regional strategic programs, external events, and culture building initiatives in our London office. This role offers hands on exposure to how a global digital transformation organization drives strategy, builds external presence, and fosters a purpose-led culture. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on initiatives that strengthen UST s impact and brand.

Key Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives aligned to regional priorities Assist with research, analysis, presentations, and leadership materials Support the planning and delivery of external events, forums, and industry engagements Coordinate event logistics, content preparation, and post-event insights Contribute to culture and employee engagement initiatives within the USTLondon office Support internal events, communications, and storytelling initiatives Collaborate with teams across Strategy, Marketing, HR, and Communications
Required Qualifications
Current student in Business, Strategy, Communications, Management, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Good research, organization, and coordination abilities Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multicultural environment
