Opportunity for Impact
Taxbit is seeking a senior market development leader to drive our new logo growth and brand presence across EMEA. Reporting to the Managing Director of APAC, this individual will play a critical role in scaling Taxbit’s presence across EMEA as new regulatory frameworks such as CARF and CRS 2.0 accelerate demand for tax information reporting solutions. This is a highly strategic, externally facing role focused on developing and activating relationships with leading crypto exchanges, fintech platforms, infrastructure providers, and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate brings a credible track record in crypto, an established global and/or regional network, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations to unlock new revenue opportunities. You will act as a market builder for Taxbit in EMEA, opening doors, shaping partnerships, and influencing how leading digital asset and fintech companies approach compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities
Build and own strategic relationships with senior leaders across crypto exchanges, brokers, fintech platforms, and digital asset infrastructure providers across EMEA Identify, develop, and execute high-impact partnership opportunities that drive new logo acquisition and long-term revenue growth Leverage an established network to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate market entry across key European jurisdictions Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and partners on evolving regulatory requirements, including CARF, DAC8, and broader global information reporting frameworks Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to align go-to-market strategy and ensure successful execution of complex deals Build and scale Taxbit’s Global Advisory Network, an ecosystem of trusted, in-market advisors across key jurisdictions that serves as both a high-value referral channel and a strategic resource for customers navigating complex regulatory and tax requirements. Represent Taxbit at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to strengthen brand presence and build executive-level relationships Provide market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap, positioning, and regional strategy Support the development of scalable partnership programs across EMEA in collaboration with global leadership

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within crypto, fintech, or financial services Proven track record of identifying opportunities to build, test, and scale AI-powered solutions Sees AI as a force multiplier and actively looks for ways to enhance team performance through innovation & curiosity Deep, credible experience in the digital asset ecosystem, with a strong understanding of market structure, key players, and regulatory dynamics Established network across global crypto and fintech leaders, with demonstrated ability to open doors and originate strategic opportunities Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-party partnerships or enterprise agreements Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders across large, global organizations High degree of curiosity and ability to understand complex, multi-product businesses and identify where Taxbit can create value Experience operating in international markets, with a strong understanding of the European regulatory landscape Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and operate with autonomy while staying tightly aligned with global teams
