At Nexperia, we are strengthening our strategic marketing capability to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving power semiconductor landscape. As a Strategic Market Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping shape long-term business strategy by providing data-driven actionable insights that support long term competitive positioning.

What You Will Do

As a Strategic Market Analyst, you will deliver actionable insights and robust market models that guide long-term strategic decision-making. You will analyse markets and applications to identify trends, opportunities and risks. You will maintain and evolve segmentation frameworks and forecasting models, while synthesising external research into Nexperia-specific insights.

You will support strategic planning through clear, decision-oriented communication and stakeholder engagement. You will also strengthen internal capability through knowledge sharing, content curation and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver market and competitive insights for defined focus markets and applications
  • Complete in-depth market analysis across megatrends, sub-segments, applications, and industry dynamics
  • Maintain, develop and evolve market models (incl. segmentation) and forecasts, including scenario-based analysis
  • Build clear, decision-oriented presentations for BG Management Team and senior stakeholders
  • Support BG strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication
  • Synthesise external research (e.g., OMDIA, Yole) into Nexperia-specific insights and implications
  • Contribute to strategic marketing training and internal insight-sharing
  • Attend relevant industry conferences to strengthen market understanding and external perspective

What You Will Deliver

  • Clear business recommendations that support strategic decision-making

Essential Requirements

What you will need

  • Experience as a market analyst within a relevant sector such as automotive, electronics manufacturing or related technical industries
  • Competent user of Microsoft and BI tools, plus AI tools for research and reporting
  • Ability to build and deliver decision orientated presentations for management
  • Strategic marketing practitioner
  • Active listening skills and technical mindset

Interview process

  • Stage 1: Recruiter Review
  • Stage 2: 60 minute Teams interview
  • Stage 3: 60-90 minute on site final interview (incl. 15min presentation and excel skills test)
