Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Marketing Lead to join our team. This role will be critical in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the roofing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote The Shingle Master’s services and brand.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, videos, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Maintain and update the company’s website to ensure it remains current and effective as a marketing tool.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use all hand tools associated with roofing installation and repair.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have great customer service skills.
- Painting experience a plus, but not required.
