About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketeer to join our Strategic Marketing Team, supporting our highest-priority sector—Aviation. This strategic, high-visibility role will lead integrated marketing strategies driving growth, brand elevation, and sector leadership across Europe and India.
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase visibility, differentiation, and credibility in Aviation.
- Align marketing initiatives with priority accounts (e.g., ** Heathrow**), focusing on pipeline, work winning, and client retention.
- Serve as a senior strategic marketing partner to Aviation leadership and Client Account Managers, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives for prospective buyers.
- Actively shape the Aviation brand’s regional and global impact, collaborating with stakeholders across global business lines, Government Relations, and marketing teams.
- Provide strategic direction to the Head of Strategic Marketing on operations, performance tracking, and growth-optimising campaign execution.
Your success will be measured by: ✔ Stronger aviation brand visibility across the UK, Europe, and India. ✔ Greater alignment of marketing campaigns with priority accounts, particularly Heathrow. ✔ Demonstrable influence on pipeline development, deal-winning efforts, and client retention. ✆ Aviation leadership perceiving marketing as a strategic growth driver—not a support function.

- Act as a strategic marketing partner for Aviation leadership across UK, Europe, and India.
- Champion brand-aligned marketing strategies tailored to priority Aviation accounts.
- Link marketing initiatives to pipeline growth, deal-winning, and client longevity.
- Collaborate closely with Client Account Managers to champion the client perspective and refine customer-centric experiences across the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
