Our client, a global leader in its field, is seeking a Marketing Strategy Specialist to join their team in Uxbridge. This is an opportunity to drive marketing strategy across European markets, working with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that influence brand awareness and sales growth in the B2B print and photo sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define marketing strategy and objectives for assigned segments and categories
- Lead annual situation analysis, collaborating with Sales and Product Management teams
- Develop customer-focused marketing strategies with clear KPIs and success measures
- Own product launch and campaign master briefs from planning through execution
- Brief subject matter experts and marketing channels to ensure aligned delivery
- Manage cross-functional virtual teams and external agency relationships
- Engage National Sales Offices to cascade strategy and support local implementation
- Monitor performance and adjust plans to reflect market changes
- Maintain deep category expertise and identify capability development opportunities
- Track market, competitor and technology trends to inform strategic decisions
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximise return on investment
- Present marketing plans and performance to senior leadership

Who They’re Looking For:
- Deep understanding of European B2B market trends and customer behaviours.
- 3 years' experience in customer segments, products or related industry technologies.
- Proven track record creating value propositions for multiple customer groups.
- Experience translating product features into benefit-focused applications.
- Demonstrated success delivering marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal skills.
- Convincing verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to build rapport and foster collaborative working relationships.
- Budget management experience with focus on ROI.
- Capable of delivering high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Understanding of technology changes and their business impact.
