Location: South West London, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Contract (PAYE)
Gross Rate: Up to £568 per day

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operational Blueprinting: Design and orchestrate the regional planning frameworks and leadership operating rhythms (quarterly offsites, staff meetings, and global alignments).
- Resource & Capacity Planning: Manage the Plan of Record (POR), optimising headcount, budgets, and talent allocation against high-priority strategic goals.
- Executive Storytelling & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to craft compelling business cases and present strategic concepts using executive-grade visual storytelling (Keynote).
- Data & Insights Integration: Serve as the strategic lead for custom research projects, translating raw regional and market-specific data into highly actionable marketing and merchandising plans.
What You’ll Bring
- Senior-level Experience: Proven track record in strategic or operational planning within a highly matrixed, global enterprise (ideally premium retail, consumer tech, or top-tier creative/brand environments).
- Command of the Details: Elite program management capabilities with experience using tools like Wrike, Keynote, and Numbers to track complex initiatives.
- High Analytical Acumen: The ability to digest complex data sets, find the “so what,” and turn it into simple, compelling strategic direction.
- Ambiguity Tolerance: A self-starter attitude with the poise to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment.
