PropVeritas, our innovative, first of its kind pre-acquisition site intelligence platform, combines earth observation, geotechnical and regulatory data to give real estate investors, developers and technical due diligence teams an independent site assessment, from covering ground, transition and physical risks from Phase 1 screening to MEES and EPBD compliance, before capital is committed. Before the shortlist. Before due diligence begins. Live across the UK, US, EU and Africa, covering acquisition risk screening, underwriting, and development feasibility.

We're looking for a Strategic Partner to lead commercial execution in the UK, owning relationships, pipeline, and market presence with real estate investors, developers and lenders.
The right candidate has strong experience in real estate investment, lending, or asset management, a real network of decision-makers in the UK market, and is comfortable driving results in a fast-moving, early-stage team.
