About the Role
A Strategic Partner Manager at Twitch supports the ongoing success of streamers across the Twitch Partner program. You will improve the live streaming experience for English speaking broadcasting partners in EMEA, primarily in the UK, and be their liaison within the Twitch business. You will drive regional content creator development, operationally support the regional team to acquire and develop broadcasters in the UK, and focus on delivering the highest quality service to provide a great experience to broadcasters.
As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market in the region, have client management experience, a customer service mentality and comfort with evolving timelines. You also have a passion for creator content and the desire to turn that passion into a career.

Reporting to English EMEA regional lead, you will be a member of the EMEA Partnerships team and will work with a wide array of teams, including Marketing & Comms, Business Development, Sales, Finance and Global Partnerships.
This role is based in London (UK).
You Will
- Help manage our regional creator Partner program, operations, event activations, business processes, and the daily rhythm of business for the UK and wider English EMEA team. You are comfortable handling confidential data, you are detail-oriented, and creative. You enjoy ownership, and working backwards to increase project effectiveness.
- Manage existing partnered content creators and maximize their use of the Twitch service
- Identify, recruit and develop content creators to use the Twitch service through CRM tools
- Communicate product and policy updates and moderation decisions to your assigned accounts
- Report on performance metrics and goals concerning your creator portfolio on an ongoing basis
- Work with cross-departmental teams
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex creator issues while advocating for strategic partners' needs
- Support local strategic programmes (i.e. events) which provide value to broadcasters
- Work with our Customer Support team to help resolve partner inquiries

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience driving improvement programs in the operations, engineering and support fields
- 5+ years of experience in customer facing service roles,
- Experienced in accelerating growth of content markets, creators, and programs that can self-sustain.
- An understanding of important business metrics and how to convey those to creators and team members
- Experienced in coaching on and building creative strategies that adapts to the creators' various goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Twitch as a creator/viewer
- Previous employment at a games industry or live streaming platform company
